CAMPUS CONNECTION: EDWIN JACOBSON

Every few weeks we will be featuring a current engineering student in our series titled “Campus Connection.” We will ask various students the same set of campus related questions to highlight the students’ favorite parts of being a Boilermaker. Here is our first post in the series!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Name: Edwin Jacobson

Major: Aerospace Engineering

Hometown: Los Angeles, CA

Current Favorite Class: AAE 251: Intro to Aerospace Design

Favorite Campus Involvement: Purdue Triathlon Club. It keeps me involved with people who have similar interests. Our workouts provide fun workouts that act as a stress reliever during the academic year.

Best Purdue Memory: A friend of mine needed to log flight hours, so he flew us and another friend to Chicago for lunch!

On-Campus Hang Out Place of Choice: Krach Leadership center, home of Boiler Gold Rush!

Favorite Study Spot: HSSE Library, generally really quiet and open tables.

Why I chose Purdue: Academic reputation, both nationally and internationally
