OFE Semester Wrap Up

This week at Purdue students are wrapping up Dead Week. This is a week full of studying for exams, finishing up assignments, and preparing for the holidays and winter break. The students of OFE have been busy this week in the office decorating stockings and working hard to wrap up the semester. 

During this fall semester, OFE hosted over 100 Engineering Information Session (EIS)! There were 5 Fall Preview Days with hundreds of students and families visiting Purdue. The students of the OFE office have met with hundreds of perspective students and their families this semester. Along with all of these events, there were Alumni Open Houses, Boiler Up at Purdue, and Explore Purdue days. Along with all of this, the students of OFE created and hosted the very first annual Purdue’s Clues for local high school students. Needless to say, it’s been a busy, full, and incredibly fun semester at OFE. 

After this full semester, the students of OFE are hunkering down to study, ready to ace their finals, and packing up to go home. They will disperse from West Lafayette to go back home to other cities in Indiana, to Pennsylvania and California, and as far as France and Colombia. This break will be much appreciated as the students rest up and come back prepared for spring semester at OFE!
